Submit Proposals

To submit for a pre-arranged session, you will be asked to give the title of the session, an abstract of its content and purpose (max. 500 words), the designated format, the name of the chair and, if already fixed, the speakers and preliminary titles of their papers. Furthermore, you will be asked to assign your proposal to a theme.

  • Pre-arranged sessions can either be defined with fixed speakers and a fixed chair person who contribute to a common theme or can be more open with a proposed theme and chair person, but no designated speakers.
  • Sessions can take different formats (papers by individual speakers, one central paper with respondents, panel discussion).
  • One session runs for 90 minutes
  • Proposals can cover more than one session.

Deadline for pre-arranged session proposals is October 1st 2017.

The complete list of all proposed open sessions will be made available as from November 15 2017 for individuals to submit matching papers.
